- willingness to learn and demonstrate the ability to follow directions clearly
- ability to work under pressure in a fast paced setting
- ability to work a MINIMUM of 3 shifts per week including a Friday and/or Saturday evening closing shift. Must be able to work until 10.30pm
- must be physically fit, some heavy lifting involved
- tasks include but not limited to, rinsing dishes and using commercial dish washer, assisting cooks, use of fryer, hotplate & grill, organising recycling and rubbish removal
- School graduates & University students welcome to apply

- must have full Australian working rights
- Pay rate according to Restaurant Industry Award
