What we're looking for:

- Extensive practical experience in professional bar operations, preferably within a busy restaurant environment.

- Strong cocktail preparation skills and sound knowledge of wine, beer and spirits.

- Demonstrated experience in beverage ordering, stock control and inventory management.

- Ability to work autonomously, prioritise competing demands and maintain service standards under pressure.

- Strong communication, organisational and problem-solving skills.

- Experience providing practical training or guidance to other hospitality employees.

- Current Queensland Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification.

- Availability to work evenings, weekends and public holidays as required.
