What we're looking for

Extensive practical experience in qualified bar operations, preferably within a busy restaurant environment.

Strong cocktail preparation skills and sound knowledge of wine, beer and spirits.

Demonstrated experience in beverage ordering, stock control and inventory management.

Ability to work autonomously, prioritise competing demands and maintain service standards under pressure.

Strong communication, organisational and problem-solving skills.

Experience providing practical training or guidance to other hospitality employees.

Current Queensland Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification.

Availability to work evenings, weekends and public holidays as required.
