Craftswomen Group is on the lookout for a great barista to join our team!

With a city espresso bar and a busy 60-seat café in Moonah, we're all about excellent coffee, good food and making people feel welcome.

We serve specialty coffee from our very own roastery, Lottie Lane, and we're looking for someone who shares our passion for quality coffee and genuine hospitality.

We're after someone who knows their way around a coffee machine, enjoys a busy service and can keep their cool (and a smile!) when things get hectic.

What we're looking for:

- Hospitality experience and a solid foundation in coffee making
- An understanding of grind adjustments, brewing methods and great milk texturing
- Someone who values consistency, quality and minimal waste
- A genuine focus on customer experience
- A positive attitude, solid work ethic and a willingness to learn
