Looking for a full-time role with great base pay, weekday hours and the prospect to earn more for strong performance?

We’re growing our Brisbane team and looking for confident, motivated people to join us in a customer engagement role.

You’ll receive a guaranteed $35 per hour base rate, equivalent to approximately $68,250 per year plus uncapped performance bonuses on top.

No previous experience is required. If you’re confident, reliable and willing to learn, we’ll provide full paid training, ongoing coaching and plenty of support to help you succeed.

You’ll work alongside a small, supportive team across a range of established Brisbane locations. The role is focused on:

- Building rapport and creating positive customer experiences
- Working towards individual and team goals
- Representing a well-known Australian organisation professionally
- Developing strong communication and customer engagement skills
- Working closely with your team throughout the day
- Helping grow awareness and ongoing support





You won’t be expected to know everything from day one. We provide structured training and ongoing coaching to help you build confidence, develop your skills and improve quickly.

You’ll be working on behalf of Surf Life Saving, one of Australia’s most recognised community organisations. You’ll receive full training on the organisation, its current campaigns and how to represent the brand professionally.
