About The Role Join a fabulous BD team at an international and well-established architecture firm in the heart of Sydney. Develop visual tender submissions and capability statements, and keep the bid library up to date. We're hiring a creative bid coordinator who excels at stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

- Coordinate the development and delivery of high-quality bids, tender responses, EOIs, award submissions and marketing collateral across the practice.
- Liaise with principals, design teams and external consultants to source project information, imagery, CVs and supporting content for submissions.
- Curate and maintain a database of project profiles, case studies and capability statements to support business development initiatives.
- Ensure all submissions are visually engaging, brand-aligned and tailored to client requirements,



while managing competing deadlines effectively.

About You

- Proven experience in a Bid Coordinator role, ideally within the architecture sector.
- Robust capability across Adobe Suite, with advanced Microsoft Office skills.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across teams.
