Position Overview The Harris Farm Merchandiser & Taste Tester is responsible for representing Bourke Street Bakery across selected Harris Farm Markets stores, ensuring our products are presented to the highest possible standard and actively working to grow sales.

This is a hands-on, customer-facing role for someone who is passionate about great bread, enjoys talking to people and takes pride in getting the details right.

The successful candidate will work independently across Harris Farm stores, building strong relationships with store teams, merchandising Bourke Street Bakery products, checking pricing and POS, speaking with customers and identifying opportunities to increase sales.

They will also act as the eyes and ears of Bourke Street Bakery in store, providing regular feedback, photographs and observations to Head Office.

We ideally want the right person to work Thursday, Friday and Saturday.

- Need own car and clean drivers licence
- Food/Bakery experience desirable

Pay: From $34.76 per hour Expected hours: 16.0 – 25.0 per week
