About the Role

We are looking for a reliable, honest, and hardworking Bottle Shop Attendant to join our fast paced and busy team at the Smithfield Hotel.

If you have a great attitude, love dealing with customers, and are not afraid to roll up your sleeves, we want to hear from you today. There is also the opportunity to pick up extra shifts across the rest of the venue if you are keen for more hours.

Key Responsibilities

Delivering fast, friendly, and effective customer service in a high volume retail and drive-thru environment.

Operating the cash register and EFTPOS facilities responsibly.

Stocking shelves, rotating stock, and maintaining a clean, organized shop floor.

Heavy lifting and manual handling (moving stock,



cartons, and kegs).

Operating a forklift for stock deliveries and movement (highly preferred/bonus).

Assisting in other areas of the venue if picking up extra shifts.

What We Need From You

MUST have a valid Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate ready to go.

MUST be available to start immediately.

Reliable and honest work ethic with a positive, can do attitude.

Fit and healthy, as this role involves constant movement and regular heavy lifting.

Forklift licence and or experience is a massive plus and strongly preferred.

Flexible approach with a willingness to support the broader venue team when needed.
