About the role A varied role combining customer service, team leadership and hands-on work. You will be taking customer orders over the phone and in person, coordinating deliveries and allocating jobs to drivers, completing daily banking and general administration, supervising and coordinating a small team, providing excellent customer service, assisting with loading trucks and yard duties when required, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the branch.

About you

- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Solid organisational skills and attention to detail
- Reliable, punctual and able to work independently
- A positive, practical and hands-on attitude




- Confidence using computers and processing orders
- Knowledge of concrete products would be advantageous but is not essential
- A front-end loader ticket would be advantageous but is not essential
