WE’RE HIRING – BREAKFAST CHEF

Location: Macarthur Square Shopping Centre, Campbelltown NSW

We are looking for a passionate, experienced and reliable Breakfast Chef to join our friendly café team at Macarthur Square Shopping Centre.

### Key Responsibilities

- - Prepare and cook breakfast and café-style dishes, including eggs, omelettes, toast and a variety of breakfast meals.

- - Maintain consistent food quality, portion sizes and presentation.

- - Manage food preparation and cooking during busy breakfast and lunch services.

- - Maintain a clean, organised and hygienic kitchen.

- - Follow food safety, hygiene and workplace health and safety standards.

- - Monitor stock, rotate ingredients, label food correctly and minimise waste.

- - Work collaboratively with kitchen and front-of-house team members.

- - Assist with kitchen opening, closing and cleaning duties.

### About You

- - Previous commercial kitchen experience as a breakfast chef / café chef or cook is essential.

- - Good knowledge of breakfast menus,



egg cookery and café food preparation.

- - Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining high standards.

- - Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

- - Reliable, positive and hardworking attitude.

- - Positive communication and teamwork skills.

- - Availability for early mornings, weekends and public holidays as required.

Formal culinary qualifications and food safety training will be highly regarded. ### What We Offer
