About the role

WE are GROWING!!

A hands-on production role dedicated to crafting our full signature range of artisan breads. You will mix, knead, shape, prove, and bake exceptional sourdoughs and specialty loaves. You will monitor fermentation and oven development, making intuitive adjustments to guarantee consistency across every single bake.

You will maintain strict HACCP hygiene protocols and keep a spotless, well-prepped station. You will support and mentor junior bakers as our production crew scales up alongside our new stores. We run around-the-clock operations with adaptable day, afternoon, and night shifts available.

About you

- A recognized qualification in Retail Baking or equivalent hands-on trade experience

- Solid,



proven experience in a fast-paced commercial bakery or high-volume production environment

- Deep dough wisdom—a genuine intuition for fermentation, proofing, and baking science

- Flexibility and reliability to work rostered shifts across our 7-day roster

- Valid Australian working rights and current residence in Sydney
