Building Manager Sydney Multi Site Portfolio We are seeking an experienced Building Manager to oversee a multi-site portfolio across Sydney, working with an established property management business known for managing residential communities and delivering high standards across its portfolio.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a professional, well-established team with a strong focus on building operations, resident experience and maintaining quality standards across its properties.

The Role

- Oversee a portfolio of three sites, including a BMC site and two residential buildings.
- Manage day-to-day building operations, maintenance and contractor coordination.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with owners, residents, committees and key stakeholders.
- Coordinate contractors and ensure maintenance issues are addressed efficiently.
- Assist with budgets, reporting, compliance and general building operations.
- Maintain high standards across all sites while managing competing priorities.
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve building presentation,



operations and resident satisfaction.

About You

- 3–4 years' experience in Building Management.
- Previous BMC experience is essential.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience managing multiple sites or a varied building portfolio.
- Robust organisational skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Confident liaising with committees, residents, contractors and service providers.
- Able to work autonomously while contributing positively to a wider team.
