About the Role

We're seeking a Business Solutions Designer to help drive business transformation across State Trustees. Working closely with stakeholders across the organisation, you'll analyse business needs, identify opportunities for improvement, and design practical solutions that enhance processes, systems, and customer outcomes.

As part of the Technology, Transformation & Operations team, you'll lead business analysis activities, facilitate stakeholder engagement, and support the delivery of technology and business improvement initiatives. Your ability to translate complex business requirements into effective solutions will be key to delivering meaningful organisational outcomes.

What you'll bring

You'll be a proactive & collaborative problem solver with a passion for understanding business needs & delivering practical solutions. With experience in business analysis, solution design, or process improvement, you'll be confident engaging stakeholders, facilitating discussions, & driving outcomes that support business transformation & continuous improvement.

To be successful in this role, you'll bring:

- Experience in business analysis,



solution design, process improvement, or a similar role.
- Strong requirements gathering, analysis, and problem-solving skills.
- The ability to identify process improvement opportunities & design effective solutions.
- Experience supporting technology, transformation, or business improvement initiatives.
- Knowledge of Agile and/or Waterfall delivery methodologies.
- A collaborative mindset, with a focus on continuous improvement and delivering business outcomes.

Desirable:
- Experience working across enterprise systems and digital transformation initiatives.
- Qualifications in Business Analysis, Information Technology, Project Management, or a related discipline.
- Certification in Business Analysis, Agile or related methodologies.
