Café All-Rounder – Major Mitchell Café

We’re looking for an energetic and friendly Café All-Rounder to join our team at Major Mitchell Café in Carnegie!

We’re after someone who genuinely loves hospitality, has a great personality and enjoys creating a welcoming experience for every customer.

You’ll be working in a busy café workplace, so we’re looking for someone who can think on their feet, work well in a team and bring positive energy to every shift.

Your role will include

- Providing exceptional, friendly customer service
- Taking orders and delivering food and drinks
- Building relationships with our regular customers
- Assisting with coffee and drinks when needed
- Keeping the café clean, organised and running smoothly
- Working closely with the kitchen and front-of-house team




- Jumping in and helping wherever needed during busy service

We’re looking for someone who is reliable, confident, has great communication skills and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. Previous café experience is preferred, and weekend availability is essential.

Most importantly, personality is everything! We want someone who loves people, works well with others and helps make Major Mitchell a place our customers love coming back to.
