Your Role as Care Worker

You'll deliver this role by:

Assist clients with personal care, hygiene, showering, mobility, and meals

Support clients with domestic tasks, including house cleaning, laundry, ironing, and meal prep

Provide social and community support and assist with transport to appointments or shopping

Follow clients' care plans and report changes in wellbeing to the Coordinator-Case Manager

Contribute ideas to improve services and teamwork

Location - Chermside and Surrounding Suburbs

Must hold a minimum Green P Plate (Australian Drivers Licence)

Essential Requirements

Certificate III in Individual Support (or equivalent)

Must hold a current Australian Driver's Licence and comprehensively insured vehicle
