Casual Personal Trainer | Snap Fitness Concord West Matraville

We are Jamie Fitness, and we are looking for a casual personal trainer to coach clients one-to-one in Matraville. Your client base is something you grow over time. There is no ready-made book of clients, and full-time hours are not guaranteed.

Pay

You are employed as a casual, with super and applicable commission. The hourly rate depends on your ongoing weekly client hours:

- $40.17 per hour for up to 25 client hours a week
- $45 per hour for 25 to 30 client hours a week
- $55 per hour for 30 or more client hours a week
- Your availability

You will need four afternoons or evenings each week, approximately 3pm to 8.30pm, plus two mornings. This is required availability, not guaranteed paid hours.

To be considered

Cert IV in Fitness, or be close to completing it. Current First Aid, CPR and a Working with Children Check will be needed when you start.

What you will do





- Run one-to-one training sessions with clients.
- Use the team's coaching and admin systems.
- Be part of our mentoring and team workshops.
- Explain the training offer to people thinking about starting.
- There is no gym rent to pay in this role, and Jamie Fitness looks after marketing and admin support.
