We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and experienced Casual Receptionist to join our team at Parmelia Physiotherapy.

About the role:

You will be the welcoming face of our clinic, ensuring patients feel comfortable and supported from the moment they arrive. This role requires someone who can work independently, use initiative, and be flexible in helping with leave cover when needed.

Key responsibilities:

· Greeting and assisting patients in a skilled and friendly manner

· Managing bookings, phone calls, and emails

· Processing payments and health fund claims

· Supporting our physiotherapy team with administrative tasks

About you:

· Previous reception/administration experience (healthcare experience highly regarded)

· Confident working independently and solving problems





· Strong communication and organisational skills

· Willing to step in for leave cover, including last-minute requests

· Proficient with computer systems and quick to learn recent software

Shifts:

This is a casual, on-call position with no set regular hours. Availability for both scheduled and last-minute leave cover is essential.
