What You’ll Be Doing

Depending on the site and assignment, your responsibilities may include:

- Providing professional customer service to clients, customers and visitors

- Monitoring access points and controlling entry to restricted areas

- Conducting internal and external patrols

- Monitoring CCTV and security systems where required

- Maintaining a visible security presence across banking and retail sites

- Identifying,



responding to and reporting security incidents

- Managing challenging situations professionally and calmly

- Identifying hazards and reporting security risks

- Preparing accurate incident and security reports

- Following site-specific procedures and supporting client requirements

What We're Looking For

- Current QLD Security Licence – Mandatory

- Current First Aid – Mandatory

- Australian Citizen or holder of Unlimited Work Rights

- Strong customer service and communication skills

- Professional presentation and a proactive approach

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Ability to work rotating rosters, including days, nights and weekends

- Good computer skills and ability to use security-related systems

- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods

- Strong written and verbal communication skills

Highly Desirable:

- Experience with CCTV and access control systems

- Previous experience in a security or customer-facing environment
