Pearl Home Care is seeking a caring, reliable and compassionate Support Worker to assist older clients in their own homes across the southern suburbs of Adelaide under the Support at Home program.

About the role:

- Provide in-home support to help older clients maintain their independence and quality of life.
- Assist with daily living activities and other support needs as required.
- Work short shifts across multiple clients' homes throughout the day.
- Casual position paying $45.29 per hour.

About you:

- Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing or equivalent).
- Current driver's licence and reliable transport.
- Current National Police Check.
- Current First Aid and CPR certificates.
- Caring, patient and dependable,



with a genuine passion for supporting older people.
- Comfortable working short shifts and travelling between clients' homes.
- Positive communication skills and a commitment to person-centred care.
