Casual Daytime Team Member

Village Bakehouse We're looking for friendly, reliable and motivated casual team members to help fill our daytime shifts at Village Bakehouse. This is a varied, hands-on role across our bakery, takeaway, drive-thru and dine-in services.

We're seeking people available on weekdays between 5:00 am and 4:00 pm, with weekend availability optional.

About the Role

You'll be involved in all aspects of our daily store operations, including:

- Serving customers across our counter, drive-thru and dine-in areas
- Providing friendly and efficient customer service
- Operating the register and processing cash and EFTPOS payments
- Preparing and serving coffee and other beverages
- Food preparation, handling and presentation
- Providing table service and maintaining a clean, welcoming dining area
- Restocking displays, fridges and service areas




- Maintaining cleanliness and following food safety and hygiene standards
- Working as part of a team.

About You

- Friendly, approachable and confident when interacting with customers
- Reliable, punctual and well-presented
- Able to work efficiently in a busy, fast-paced environment
- Willing to learn, take direction and develop recent skills
- Available for weekday shifts between 5:00 am and 4:00 pm
- Previous hospitality, retail, food handling or barista experience is an advantage but not essential

Pay rates, including applicable casual loadings, will be in accordance with the fast food award.
