About the Role
We serve a variety of delicious breakfast and lunch dishes, and we’re looking for someone who can help us deliver great food and an excellent dining experience to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Prepare and cook breakfast and lunch dishes to a high standard.
✅ Maintain consistency in food quality, presentation, and portion sizes.
✅ Ensure the kitchen is clean, organised, and hygienic at all times.
✅ Manage food preparation and kitchen operations efficiently during busy service periods.
✅ Monitor stock levels and minimise food waste.
✅ Follow food safety and hygiene standards.
✅ Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience as a chef or cook, preferably in a café or restaurant.
Valuable knowledge of breakfast and lunch menus.
Ability to work efficiently in a busy kitchen.
A positive attitude and strong teamwork skills.
Excellent food safety and cleanliness practices.
A passion for preparing fresh, delicious food.
