About the role The Lockyer Hotel in Forest Hill is seeking a full time qualified chef or kitchen all rounder to join our dynamic kitchen team.

Key responsibilities

- Preparing and executing a diverse range of dishes with creativity and precision
- Collaborating with the kitchen team to maintain high culinary standards and timely delivery of orders
- Ensuring beautiful presentation and quality of all dishes leaving the kitchen
- Adhering to food safety and hygiene standards to provide a safe dining experience for our guests
- Assist in the day-to-day operation and procedures of the kitchen

About you

- A recognized culinary qualification and relevant certifications and or Proven experience in a similar role, showcasing your hospitality knowledge
- A sense of creativity and pride in your dishes
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work seamlessly within a team or independently when required




- Availability to work on weekends and evenings to accommodate busy service hours
- Own reliable transportation
