We are looking for a chef to work with us to launch and take the lead on a new 'Field To Sea' Mediterranean based concept at our established location in Cronulla. Position will start immediately to work on menu design and testing, and then continue on a fixed and ongoing basis with consistent hours and shifts to be made available.
Experience and a passion for menu design, taking charge/being a part of a 3-4 person kitchen team, implementation of systems, and experience in a range of cooking techniques is essential.
Pilgrims Vegetarian Cafe by day, The Pilgrimage (pescatarian) Restaurant by night offering elevated seafood and vegetarian based cuisine.
We are looking to launch asap/by November 2026. Opening 4 nights Thursday to Sunday with shifts starting from 3.30pm.
