ITALIAN GURUS PTY LTD is seeking qualified Cooks to join our team at ISCHIA ON BEAUFORT and ISCHIA ON CLAISEBROOK in Perth, Western Australia.

About You – COOK:

· You will hold Certificate III in Hospitality – Commercial Cookery (essential) or higher and have at least 2 – 3 years’ experience.

· Chopping vegetables, portioning ingredients, cooking dishes as instructed.

· Setting up stations, cleaning, and assisting with basic food safety

· Regulate temperatures of ovens, grills, and other cooking equipment.

· Prepare and cook food as per company specifications.

· Store food in temperature-controlled facilities.

· Clean and follow health and safety procedures.

· Self-motivated, creative, confident, and enthusiastic

· Be a team player.
