We're looking for a friendly, enthusiastic and customer-focused Reception Team Member to support our busy Contact Centre.

About the Role As the first point of contact for customers calling 4WD Supacentre, you'll provide a warm welcome, understand their needs and connect them with the right team.

Reporting to the Reception Team Leader, you'll resolve basic enquiries and ensure more complex matters are handed over smoothly, helping customers receive timely and helpful support.

Your responsibilities will include

- Answering incoming calls in a friendly and professional manner.
- Understanding customers' reasons for calling and resolving basic enquiries.
- Directing complex enquiries to the appropriate specialist team.
- Providing clear handovers and recording accurate call notes.
- Delivering excellent customer service while working towards team and individual KPIs.




- Maintaining knowledge of our product range and current promotions.
- Identifying recurring customer issues and sharing feedback with your Team Leader.
- Providing end-of-day updates on your daily activities.

About You You're approachable, enjoy helping people and bring a positive attitude to a busy customer service environment.

Previous experience in reception, a contact centre or customer service will be highly regarded.
