Are you a hands-on Supervisor with solid civil experience and a passion for getting the best out of your crew and will be taking responsibility for the day-to-day operations of your projects, planning to ensure operations run efficiently whilst maintaining safety, environment and quality obligations.

Civwil Pty Ltd had a robust pipeline of upcoming projects, we are looking to add an experienced Civil Supervisor to their team to help deliver a range of civil constructions across Ipswich/Brisbane areas. Experience and understanding of road construction, bulk earthworks and drainage construction processes are essential for this role.

You’ll work closely with the Project Manager and both directors, who are still actively involved on site and understand the work from the ground up.

The Role You will be responsible for:

- Supervising day-to-day civil construction activities across all civil infrastructure

- Leading site crews, subcontractors and plant to ensure projects are delivered safely and efficiently

- Managing site productivity, sequencing, materials and resources

- Reading and interpreting drawings, specifications and construction documentation

- Strong understanding of TMR/Utilities/traffic management & local council standards

- Working closely with Project Manager and engineers to achieve programme, quality and cost targets





- Ensuring all works are completed in accordance with safety, environmental and quality requirements

- Identifying and resolving site issues as they arise

- Maintaining strong relationships with clients, subcontractors and other project stakeholders

- Maintain accurate site records and progress updates

What We're Looking for the successful candidate will have:

- At least 5 years’ experience as a Civil Supervisor within civil construction

- Strong experience across civil infrastructure, subdivisions, earthworks, roads, drainage and associated works
- A strong understanding of construction methodologies and site sequencing

- Ability to lead crews and subcontractors effectively

- Strong communication and organisational skills
- A safety-first approach and commitment to quality

- Relevant tickets/qualifications within civil construction are advantageous
