We take pride in our attention to detail, professionalism and the relationships we build with our clients. As our business continues to grow, we're looking for 2 to 3 experienced, reliable Cleaning Technicians who share our commitment to quality and genuinely take pride in their work.

About the role

This is a casual position offering adaptable, varying hours, with the potential to increase to approximately 30 hours per week as work grows.

You'll work across residential, commercial and vacant properties, delivering professional cleaning services to Mishal & Co's quality standards.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Performing detailed residential, commercial and vacate cleaning
- Cleaning and sanitising bathrooms, kitchens, floors and internal surfaces
- Operating professional cleaning equipment and using cleaning chemicals safely
- Following established cleaning procedures, checklists and quality standards
- Completing assigned work efficiently and within scheduled timeframes
- Identifying and reporting property damage or maintenance concerns
- Maintaining a professional appearance and communicating respectfully with clients
- Working independently or alongside other team members

What we're looking for We're looking for cleaners who are dependable, hardworking and committed to doing the job properly.

Essential requirements:

- Previous professional cleaning experience or willingness to learn
- Current Victorian Working with Children Check




- Current construction induction White Card
- Valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle
- Australian working rights
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Excellent reliability, punctuality and time management
- Professional communication and presentation
- Ability to perform the physical requirements of cleaning work safely
- Willingness to travel between job locations across Melbourne
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn and ability to respond constructively to feedback
