ABOUT THE POSITION./n /n

As a Client-Side Project Manager, you will manage projects on behalf of clients, overseeing the process from initial planning and design through to procurement, construction and completion./n

/n You will work closely with clients, consultants and contractors to ensure projects are delivered in line with agreed budgets, programmes and quality expectations./n

/n

/n This role will suit someone with solid client-side experience who is confident managing stakeholders, coordinating project teams and navigating the challenges that come with project delivery./n

DUTIES./n

- Manage client-side projects from feasibility and planning through to delivery and handover.

/n

- Coordinate architects, consultants, contractors and other project stakeholders.

/n

- Manage project risks, variations, reporting and contractual requirements.

/n

- Represent the client's interests throughout the project lifecycle.

/n

- Maintain strong relationships with clients and project stakeholders.

/n

- Monitor project progress, quality and commercial performance.

/n

- Contribute to a collaborative team environment and support the ongoing growth of the business.

- Minimum 6 years' experience in client-side project management.

/n

- Proven experience managing projects on behalf of clients across the project lifecycle.

/n

- Robust stakeholder management and communication skills.

/n

- Experience coordinating consultants, contractors, budgets and programmes.

/n

- A proactive approach with the ability to manage competing priorities.

/n

- Relevant qualifications in Construction Management, Project Management, Engineering or a related discipline.
