We’re Hiring | Clinical Project Manager

Complete Phase CRO is growing, and we’re looking for an experienced Clinical Project Manager to join our team.

We’re a boutique Australian CRO specialising in Phase I–III clinical trials across Australia and New Zealand, with a collaborative and hands-on approach to clinical research.

About the Role

Independently manage clinical trials from start-up through to close-out.

Oversee study timelines, budgets and deliverables.

Act as the primary contact for sponsors and key stakeholders.

Lead cross-functional teams and coordinate vendors and clinical sites.

Proactively manage study risks and ensure ICH-GCP compliance.

About You

Minimum 3–5 years of clinical project management experience, preferably within a CRO.





Experience managing clinical trials in Australia and/or New Zealand.

Strong communication, organisational and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently and manage sponsor relationships.

Early-phase clinical trial experience is highly desirable.
