They have built a loyal customer base across a range of industries, including education, healthcare, hospitality, retail and commercial property.

With a strong pipeline of ongoing maintenance contracts and service work, they offer a stable working environment, a supportive team and plenty of variety.

The Job

Due to continued growth, they are looking to add another experienced Senior Commercial HVAC Service Technician to their team. This is a 100% commercial service and maintenance role with no residential work and very little installation work.

You'll be out on the road attending commercial customer sites across Brisbane and surrounding areas, working on a variety of HVAC and refrigeration equipment.

Your responsibilities will include

- Diagnosing and repairing faults across commercial HVAC systems
- Carrying out scheduled servicing and preventative maintenance
- Responding to breakdowns and urgent service requests
- Working on commercial air conditioning, chillers, refrigeration and ventilation equipment
- Completing equipment upgrades and improvement works
- Liaising directly with customers and providing technical advice
- Managing your daily workload independently with support from the wider team

You'll be supplied with a company vehicle and travel directly between customer sites.

The Candidate

We're looking for a qualified Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Technician who is confident working independently on commercial systems. To be considered, you'll need:
- Certificate III in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration
- Current ARCtick and QBCC licences
- Proven experience in commercial HVAC service and maintenance
- Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills
- Experience working across a variety of commercial air conditioning systems
- Ability to manage service calls and communicate professionally with customers
- Current driver's licence and full Australian working rights
- Be based within the Brisbane metropolitan area
