We are looking for a qualified Chef (or equivalent industry experience) to join our team.
Requirements
- Robust knowledge of food allergies and dietary requirements. You must be able to prepare meals safely for customers with specific dietary needs.
- Able to work across all kitchen sections, especially the Hot Section.
- Confident working independently and handling busy service periods.
- Experience cooking Western pub-style food is essential.
- Experience with Asian cuisine is an advantage but not essential.
