About the role

We're looking for an experienced commercial or industrial sales agent to sell the strata office/warehouse units at Yard 3012, a new 56-lot business park at 19–23 Paramount Road, West Footscray.

This is a commission-only role across a six month campaign. You manage your own hours, pipeline and approach, and have the potential to earn $250,000+ working alongside the developer directly.

We supply the product, the marketing material and the back-end support, and you focus on finding buyers and closing sales.

The product: Modern strata office/warehouse units in Melbourne's inner west with mezzanine options, contemporary kitchens and bathrooms in every unit. Suits owner-occupiers, investors, e-commerce operators, trades and private storage buyers. Close to the Westgate, Geelong Road and the Footscray/Yarraville amenity.

Key responsibilities

- Generate and qualify buyer enquiry from owner-occupiers, investors and local businesses

- Run inspections and present the product with confidence

- Handle objections, negotiate and close sales





- Follow up consistently and keep an organised CRM pipeline

- Work with our team on contracts, settlements and buyer handover

- Build referral relationships with brokers, accountants and local business networks

About you

- A proven record in real estate sales, ideally commercial, industrial or off-the-plan

- Confidence prospecting business owners and investors by phone and in person

- Robust negotiation and closing skills

- Self-management and consistent follow-up

- Current Victorian Agent's Representative registration or Estate Agent's licence

- Your own car, phone and laptop
- An existing network of business owners, brokers or investors in Melbourne's west will be highly regarded
