Concrete Boom Pump Operator | FIFO Exmouth WA | 3:1 Roster

Bear Claw Concreting is seeking an experienced Concrete Boom Pump Operator to join our team on a long-term project in Exmouth, Western Australia.

This is a 3:1 FIFO role from Perth, working as part of an experienced civil and concrete crew. Flights, accommodation and meals are provided.

We are looking for an operator with proven boom pump experience who can safely and confidently manage pumping operations in a busy project environment. This is not a trainee position – applicants must have previous hands-on experience operating concrete boom pumps.

The Role

Your responsibilities will include:

- Safe set-up and operation of concrete boom pumping equipment
- Completing pre-start inspections, equipment checks and required documentation
- Safely positioning and deploying the boom, including assessment of ground conditions, outriggers, exclusion zones and overhead hazards
- Operating in accordance with SWMS, site procedures and manufacturer specifications
- Coordinating with supervisors, concreters and line hands throughout concrete pours
- Monitoring concrete flow, pumping pressures and equipment performance




- Cleaning and maintaining pumping equipment and assisting the wider concrete crew when required
- Assisting the wider concrete crew with general duties when required

To Be Successful You Must Have

- Proven Concrete Boom Pump operating experience
- Current Concrete Placing Boom HRWL (PB)
- Current HR Driver Licence or higher and White Card
- Robust knowledge of concrete pumping operations, safety and basic equipment maintenance
- Flexibility to work extended hours and varying start times when required
- Reliable, safety-focused team player who can pass Drug & Alcohol testing

Experience working on major civil, infrastructure or Defence projects will be highly regarded.
