Due to an internal promotion, we are seeking a Construction Operations Supervisor for our Townsville branch to oversee the successful delivery of modular construction projects across North Queensland.

This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on construction leader who enjoys autonomy, variety and responsibility. You'll take ownership of branch operations, lead subcontractors and project teams, and play a key role in delivering projects safely, efficiently and to the highest standard.

What You Will Do

- Manage modular building installation projects from planning through to completion
- Coordinate subcontractors across multiple trades including crane, plumbing, carpentry and fabrication services
- Lead site activities while maintaining high safety, quality and compliance standards
- Oversee branch operations, scheduling and operational delivery
- Manage project budgets, forecasting and reporting requirements
- Coordinate the readiness, maintenance and utilisation of ATCO's modular hire fleet
- Build strong relationships with clients,



subcontractors and suppliers
- Collaborate with Engineering, Design and Project teams to achieve successful project outcomes
- Identify opportunities to improve project delivery, efficiency and customer satisfaction

What You Will Bring

- Experience in residential, commercial, industrial or modular construction
- Previous experience as a Site Supervisor, Project Coordinator, Project Manager or similar leadership role
- Strong contractor management and project coordination skills
- Experience delivering multiple projects or installations simultaneously
- Sound understanding of construction methodologies and site operations
- Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work autonomously and make practical decisions in a fast-paced environment
- Commitment to safety, quality and continuous improvement

Highly Regarded

- Certificate IV in Building and Construction
- Experience within modular construction or workforce accommodation projects
- Exposure to remote, mining or infrastructure projects
- Previous branch, operations or project delivery leadership experience
