About the role

OCP Constructions is seeking an experienced and motivated Site Supervisor to join our growing team. The successful applicant will supervise residential and commercial projects throughout the Northern Rivers and Clarence Valley regions.

Key responsibilities

- Supervise daily site operations and construction activities.
- Coordinate carpenters, apprentices, subcontractors and suppliers.
- Monitor project progress, quality and safety.
- Read and interpret plans and specifications.
- Maintain site records and communicate with clients and trades.
- Support project planning and delivery.

About you

- Proven experience in site supervision or construction.
- Solid carpentry or building background.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to coordinate multiple trades and projects.
- Reliable, organised and solutions-focused.
- Current driver's licence and White Card.
- Trade qualification highly regarded.
