KM&Co.; is a marketing consultancy for theatre and live entertainment. We work on some of the biggest productions in the country, we are problem solvers, and “life’s too short for boring meetings” is an ethos we live by.

We’re looking for a Content and Social Executive to join the team in Melbourne on a fixed term contract with potential to extend.

You’ll contribute to ideation, scheduling, caption copywriting, building content calendars, creating basic assets, cutting short-form video, and turning whatever we have access to into something audiences want to save and share.

Most importantly, you’ll join a team of collaborators at heart who love the work and still make room for a life outside it.

You might be a heavy scroller, a natural networker, or a theatre devotee who knows how to find the right audiences.



You don’t need agency years behind you. You do need real experience running social, a sharp eye, a valuable ear for tone, and the instinct to back your team up.

Our toolkit, so you know what you’re walking into:

- Canva
- Experience in social scheduling platforms Social Pilot, Trello, Hootsuite or similar is just as good
- CapCut for quick video edits
- Premiere Pro is a bonus, not a requirement
