We operate across WA in lithium, iron ore and other hard rock commodities, offering end‑to‑end services from pit to port. We are seeking experienced Control Room Operators with crushing and wet plant experience, to join our Mining Services Team for our Lithium Operations. These are full time, permanent FIFO roles from Perth on a 8:6/7:7 (Days/ Nights) roster, designed to grow your skill set through on-site training, with pathways into leadership for the right candidates.

and wet/dry processing plant parametersTrack and control feed rates, water flow, and equipment variables to optimize throughput and meet production targetsMonitor plant equipment indicators to identify developing trendsOperate and monitor crushing & screening equipment within wet and dry plant environmentsPerform basic preventative maintenance checks and assist trades where requiredControl feed rates and manage plant performance to meet production targetsEnsure compliance with safety, environmental and operational proceduresWork effectively both independently and within a team structureContribute to continuous improvement in safety and productivityDemonstrate a commitment to safety What Is Required Control Room experience and operating fixed plant crushing & wet plant equipment and/or mobile plantDetailed knowledge of process control fundamentals and philosophySound understanding and previous experience in mineral processing operations, including grinding, magnetic separation, thickening, filtration, tailings disposal and managementC Class Manual Driver’s Licence (HR desirable)High Risk Work Licence (DG, RB, CN, WP, LF – desirable)Construction Induction CardWorking at Heights, Confined Space and Gas Testing tickets (desirable)Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screeningNationally Coordinated Criminal History Check (NCCHC) About Our Process At Mineral Resources, we are committed to employing individuals who align with our values and meet the requirements of the role.
