We pride ourselves on offering client focussed face to face service. This is a full-time position for a Paralegal with QLD Conveyancing experience, based in our beachside office in Palm Beach.

About the role This is a full time (35hrs per week) position. Our office is open 9am – 5pm Monday to Friday.
The successful applicant will
- Have solid knowledge of QLD conveyancing contracts, possessing A – Z conveyancing experience.
- Have experience with Affinity/LexisNexis/LEAP (Highly regarded).
- Have experience with the PEXA e-conveyancing system.
- Be highly organised.
- Be a self starter.
- Possess initiative and have a motivated attitude.
We run a large yet close knit team with the Department overseen by two Property Lawyers with an open door policy for queries. We have a dedicated file opening team to allow you to focus on the day to day running of files with our paralegals receiving, on average 5 – 6 files per week to run start to finish.
