- Follow up with newly registered beauty therapists and assist with completing their onboarding.
- Review therapist profiles and chase missing photos, information and outstanding requirements.
- Follow up with leads generated through Meta advertising and encourage them to complete their registrations.
- Respond to customer and therapist enquiries through Instagram, email and other communication channels.
- Make phone calls when necessary to follow up with therapists and customers.
- Maintain Excel spreadsheets to track registrations, enquiries, profile completion and follow-ups.
- Provide general customer service and administrative support.
