Our customer service team is essential to the success of the company as a whole. Due to our continued growth, we are looking to add an efficient, reliable, and motivated Customer Service / Internal Sales professional to our dynamic team.

About the Role In this role, no two days are the same. Every day you will be helping our clients bring their visions to life by handling signage enquiries from start to finish. You will be the face and voice of our business, dealing directly with a wide variety of customer requests.

As you grow more confident in the role, you will also be encouraged to proactively contact and secure new business clients to help grow our footprint.

Daily Responsibilities

- Answering phone calls efficiently and managing incoming customer enquiries.
- Responding promptly to quotes and sales requests via email.
- Managing customer requests and entering approved orders.
- Assisting customer walk-ins with a welcoming and professional approach.
- Maintaining strong administrative precision in a fast-paced environment.

About You We are looking for a resilient,



calm-under-pressure individual who brings a positive spark to the team. To be successful in this role, you will need:

- Experience: Previous quoting and customer service experience is essential.
- Communication: Excellent customer service skills with a pleasant, professional phone manner.
- Practical Skills: A good grasp of basic maths and the ability to accurately read a tape measure.
- Mindset: High positive energy, a willingness to learn/help out, and a great sense of humour!
- Tech Capabilities: Solid computer skills and a quick, accurate typing speed.
- Adaptability: The ability to work independently, collaborate within a team, and stay calm under pressure.
- Reliability: A working alarm clock! ⏰ We need someone dependable who takes pride in arriving on time.
- Licence: A current driver's licence is not strictly required but is highly desirable, as you may occasionally visit clients.
