Our client is bringing cyber security in-house, and they’re looking for an analyst to help build it and own it.

This is a hands-on role protecting operations that genuinely matter. You’ll work across both IT and Operational Technology (OT) environments, with real scope to shape how the function evolves from day one.

What you’ll do

- Secure and govern the Microsoft 365 and Azure setting, including policies and DLP through Microsoft Purview
- Work with a modern security stack covering identity security, AD attack detection and threat detection tools
- Support red team testing in a dedicated hack lab
- Manage risk, vulnerabilities and compliance against Essential Eight, AESCSF, ISA/IEC 62443 and NIST
- Act as an incident handler within the incident response team,



including out-of-hours support during critical incidents

What you’ll bring

- Multiple years’ cyber security experience, ideally with OT exposure
- Hands-on experience with firewalls, EDR, IAM, PAM, Zero Trust and vulnerability management
- Strong Microsoft (Azure and M365) security skills
- Excellent communication skills, able to explain risk clearly to technical and non-technical people
- Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, GICSP or GIAC are highly regarded

The package

- Permanent, full-time
- $145-160K plus super, dependant on experience
