Due to continued growth and a significant identity governance program, an opportunity exists for an experienced SailPoint IIQ Developer to join a high-performing Identity and Access Management (IAM) team delivering enterprise-scale identity solutions.

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) Developer with deep technical expertise across identity governance, access management and application integration.

You will play a key role in designing, developing and implementing SailPoint IIQ solutions, integrating complex enterprise applications and automating identity lifecycle management across large-scale environments.

Working closely with security architects, IAM specialists, business stakeholders and application owners, you will help deliver secure, scalable and compliant identity solutions that improve governance, reduce risk and enhance user experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop and maintain SailPoint IdentityIQ solutions across complex enterprise environments.
- Lead end-to-end application onboarding and integration activities.
- Design and develop custom connectors for applications without native SailPoint support.
- Integrate SaaS, cloud and custom applications using REST, SOAP, JDBC and web service technologies.
- Develop and maintain SailPoint workflows, rules, provisioning policies and lifecycle events.
- Configure account aggregation, identity correlation and automated provisioning processes.
- Implement and optimise Joiner, Mover and Leaver (JML) processes.
- Develop custom BeanShell and Java-based solutions to support business requirements.
- Configure and support SailPoint connectors across Active Directory, LDAP, SCIM, databases and enterprise applications.




- Collaborate with business and security teams to ensure compliance with identity governance requirements.
- Support testing, deployment and ongoing enhancement of IAM solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex integration and provisioning issues.

The Successful Candidate You will be a highly experienced SailPoint specialist with a strong background delivering Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) solutions within large enterprise environments.

Essential Experience

- Extensive hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ.
- Strong Java development capability.
- Experience designing and deploying custom SailPoint connectors.
- Deep understanding of SailPoint workflows, rules, lifecycle events and provisioning models.
- Experience integrating applications using REST APIs, SOAP services, JDBC and web services.
- Strong knowledge of BeanShell scripting and SailPoint customisation.
- Experience implementing Joiner, Mover and Leaver processes.
- Strong understanding of Identity and Access Management principles.
- Experience working with LDAP, Active Directory, SCIM, SAML and OpenID Connect.
- Strong understanding of authentication, authorisation and identity governance frameworks.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.

Highly Regarded
- Experience delivering large-scale IAM transformation programs.
- SailPoint certifications.
- Financial services, government or large enterprise experience.
- Knowledge of security and compliance frameworks.
- Experience working within Agile delivery environments.
