You have a background in some type of customer service or customer-facing roles and you are now looking for a change where you can learn and grow.

You enjoy being well prepared and organised ahead of time so that everything around you runs smoothly.

We are looking for you to join our team in a stable long term career as a dental assistant within our practice.

No dental experience is necessary but experienced candidates are also welcome.

Ideally, you show good attention to detail and love working with people. You know this position is for you if you love helping people, love being organised, and love working in a fast-paced environment. You will be playing an active part in helping people achieve better health.

There will be times that you are put under the pump as sometimes patients can be demanding. However,



there are also plenty of times where people leave your care feeling grateful for your contribution and expertise towards their health. As a team, we are always looking to build each other up and look out for ways to be helpful to each other. Our team is based around a growth mind-set.

We are a family dental practice located in Blackburn (VIC 3130).

Hours of work will be 3 weekdays (Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday) plus 1 Saturday half day.

You must have a verifiable, positive production record in your previous jobs.
