Shree Dental & Implant Centre is looking for a reliable, enthusiastic Dental Assistant to join our busy Devonport practice, with the opportunity to also learn dental reception.

Experience is welcome, but we are also open to training someone with the right attitude and a willingness to learn. If you’ve been considering a career in dental, this could be your opportunity to get started.

About the role

You’ll help our clinicians deliver patient care and keep the practice running smoothly. Your duties will include:

- Assisting clinicians during dental procedures.

- Preparing treatment rooms, equipment and materials.

- Cleaning, sterilising and processing instruments.

- Helping patients feel comfortable and supported.

- Keeping rooms clean, organised and stocked.

- Learning reception duties, including welcoming patients, answering calls, booking appointments and processing payments.

- Working across clinical and reception areas as your skills develop.

Previous dental assisting experience or a Certificate III in Dental Assisting would be valued, but is not essential to apply. Applicants new to dental will receive training and guidance as they learn the role.
