S-kin Studio Jewelry is an ecommerce brand based in Melbourne, Victoria. Established in 2018, we set out with a mission to provide minimal jewelry with unique, vintage-inspired designs that highlight cultural backgrounds.

We’re looking for a bubbly, organised and detail-driven Full Time Digital Marketing Coordinator who thinks in campaigns, writes like a brand strategist and loves making things run smoothly. You’ll be the person who keeps our email, website, paid ads and campaign launches moving together.

About the role – what you will be doing

- Email & SMS marketing: Brief and manage email and SMS campaigns, from strategy and copywriting through to segmentation, scheduling and final review. Maintain automated flows, run the flow refresh for key sale periods, and prepare monthly performance reports.
- Sign-up forms: Create and optimise email sign-up forms in Justuno, including design, copy and backend setup, to grow our list around key campaigns.
- E-commerce: Manage website and theme updates for sales, gift-with-purchase offers and collection launches. Configure promotions, discounts and cart settings, build campaign landing pages, and check Shopify product listings for accuracy and consistency.
- Paid advertising: Assist in briefing creative concepts for paid campaigns across static, carousel and video. Research trends, competitor activity and past performance to inform recent ideas, and assist with Meta Ads setup, including ads, creative uploads and ad copy.
- Graphic design: Design Canva-based website banners, collection graphics and landing page assets,



plus paid ad creative and in-store or event promotional assets.
- Campaign coordination: Run campaign execution from brief to launch across email, SMS, website, e-commerce and paid channels, and quality-check everything before it goes live. Work closely with the wider team to keep launches on time.

About you:

- 2–3 years’ experience in a digital marketing, ecommerce or marketing coordinator role
- Strong copywriting skills and an understanding of how to write in a brand voice
- Hands-on experience with Shopify, Klaviyo, Meta Ads and Canva
- Experience with Justuno or similar sign-up form tools is a plus
- Confident managing multiple campaigns at once without losing detail
- Able to work independently and take ownership, while also thriving in a collaborative team
- You consume social content and know what’s trending, and you can pick up ideas across brands and apply them to your work
