We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Diploma-qualified Educator to join our team. This role is ideal for an educator who is committed to providing high-quality education and care, building strong relationships with children and families, and contributing positively to a collaborative team environment.

- Provide high-quality education and care in accordance with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)
- Create a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment that supports children’s wellbeing and development
- Plan, implement, and evaluate developmentally appropriate learning experiences
- Observe, document, and assess children’s learning to inform curriculum decisions
- Build positive, respectful relationships with children, families, and colleagues
- Support children’s daily routines, transitions, and individual needs




- Work collaboratively with team members to maintain consistent practices across the service
- Ensure compliance with the National Quality Framework (NQF), service policies, and procedures
- Maintain accurate records and documentation, including learning stories and observations
- Contribute to reflective practice, continuous improvement, and team meetings
- Support and mentor less experienced educators where required
- Maintain a professional approach aligned with the service’s philosophy and values

Essential requirements
- Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care
- Current Working With Children Check
- Current First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis and Asthma certifications

Job Type: Part time Pay: $30.00 – $35.00 per hour
