Innovative Care Tasmania is on the lookout for passionate and dedicated Individual Support Workers to join our expanding team in Deloraine and the surrounding areas of north-east Tasmania. Minimum Requirements:

- ✅ Valid Australian driver’s licence
- ✅ Working with Vulnerable People (WWVP) Card
- ✅ Reliable vehicle with current registration and comprehensive car insurance
- ✅ Full working rights in Australia
- ✅ COVID-19 vaccination certificate
- ✅ Infection Control Training certificate
- ✅ Manual Handling certificate
- ✅ Medication Endorsement certificate
- ✅ Certificate III or equivalent in Disability, Aged Care, or Individual Support
- ✅ National Police Check (current or willingness to obtain)
