The Claims Operations Support Officer role at Suncorp Group in Sydney supports customers, claims teams and business partners through a mix of customer service, claims administration and operational tasks within a fast-paced contact centre. This is a full time, 12-month contract opportunity based in Sydney.

Salary 82,800 AUD. You will be the first point of contact for customer enquiries, manage calls, provide accurate information and support claims processing to ensure positive customer outcomes.
