Downer is seeking motivated Stabilisation Operatives to join our team based from the Maddington Depot in Western Australia. You will support stabilisation crews on road construction and pavement rehabilitation projects across regional WA, with ongoing training and explicit career progression opportunities.

Ideal candidates will have experience in road construction or civil works, a White Card, and a valid HR Truck Licence preferred.
