We have a vacancy for Manager Strategy and Corporate Development, who would drive strategic initiatives, optimize business processes, and ensure operational excellence across regions to enhance performance and growth. Support COO with data analysis, controlling, Merger &Acquistion; activities - research, diligence and integration, board presentations, strategy implementation and various initiatives in support of future business growth.

You will be reporting to the COO, and your key responsibilities will entail the following but not limited to,

Support development of divisional Strategic Plans including organic & inorganic growth and support efficient execution.

Support the Five year Business Plan Development Process for the division to align with group’s 5 year strategic vision.

Ensure long and short term ‘financial and non-financial’ performance objectives are achieved for the division

Provide innovative solutions in solving business problems and improving business processes in the division.

Prepare proposals/ professional presentations for senior management review

Present financial performance,



analytics and insights in a concise and explicit manner with use of skilfully crafted data visualisations, including creating presentations for Executive Team and for the Board

Support COO in implementation, driving and tracking of various strategic initiatives across the business units

Assist with M&As; activities and special projects by providing financial and commercial deal insights, financials models, scenarios and analysis

Support planning, execution and integration of acquisition related projects, including coordination of internal teams and liaison with various stakeholders as required

Carry out projects and duties as assigned from time to time

The successful applicant will have the below qualifications & skills :

Recognized professional qualifications to CPA/CA certification or equivalent 7 years+ experience in an executive financial management role, with a proven track record of delivering results to strategic and operating performance criteria.

Advantage if applicant has working experience with Big4 consultants

Above average Business Acumen.

High level Planning and Organizing skills.

Ability to manage internal and external business stakeholders.

Experience in developing proposals and professional presentations for senior management.

Experience in mergers, acquisitions and business re-structuring initiatives.

Strong Analytical and Research Skills

Strategic mindset with ability to identify and drive performance metrics

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Exceptional time management skills with ability to handle multiple workstreams and tight deadlines

Flexibility to work in different time zones to be able to work with teams across the globe
